We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, contact us at memontextilesllc@gmail.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
